Cancellation Policy

All services are available by appointment only.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of ¥11,000 is required in advance. Your booking will be officially confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Due to the reservation of appointment time and the preparation involved, deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact me as early as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, although changes made at short notice may not always be possible.

On the Day of the Session

• Any additional fees incurred on the day of the session are to be settled at that time.

• No-shows without prior notice may result in future booking requests being declined.

Unavoidable Circumstances

If you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact me. I will do my best to respond with flexibility according to the situation.
